This is my neighborhood

My neighborhood is very quietly and friendly, it doesnt have too much traffic, its a very safety place for public transportation, there are three schools near, some of my neighbors like to gossip, there are a lot of stores near so you can go shooping when ever you want, A lot of my family live in the same neighborhood, ants, uncles and a lot of cousins =)

My Errands!

Every day, i wake up at 6am, i go to the university at 7am, i get home at 12 pm, in the afternoon i usually study and watch tv, somedays i play at the computer and i like to ride my bicycle, every two weeks i go to my dentist appoinment, on the weekends i sleep a lot and clean my room.

Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá

Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá or the Virgin of Chiquinquirá is a title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary in the northern Andean region of South America . She is the patron saint of Colombia, the Venezuelan state of Zulia, and the town of Caraz in Peru.

An image of the Virgin of Chiquinquirá can be found at the Basílica of Maracaibo, in Maracaibo - Venezuela, where it is also called La Chinita. Every November 18,

the city celebrates the traditional Feast of La Chinitawith masses and processions in honor of the Virgin.

Speaking a bit about his history we go away to the tiempo in which one appears it to the viejita that he was washing to the shores of the lake:

An old lady named Maria Cárdenas made a living by washing other people's clothes, a job she did every morning at the shores of the lake. On November 18, 1709 she took a bulk of clothes, and as usual, went to the lake to start washing them. This old lady was at her chores when she saw a small wooden slab floating towards her. She picked it up thinking that it might be of some use.

When Cárdenas finished her work, she went home carrying the clothes, the wooden slab and a small vase with fresh water. She then placed the board on top of the vase, before noticing a small figure in the board but could not tell what it was. Feeling curious about this, she went directly to see what was happening and found the slab glowing with a bright light to later find the image of the Virgin of Chiquinquirá.

Surprised and filled with a strong emotion, Cárdenas immediately ran out of her house located on the 2nd avenue, screaming and shouting the words “Miracle! Miracle!” Her neighbors went where the woman was to find out that the apparition of the Virgin Mary was real. From that day on, the faith of the zulians found their Queen in the “Chinita”. As it has been expressed by many people, “She is the way that leads to Jesus”.

From this then the appearance of the maid is feasted the zulianos with devotion years after years fulfill his promise and with this holiday step is given to the navida.

"Comparison of two fast food restaurants"

The food in mc donalds is more delicious than burguer king. The Big mac is the most delicious I have tasted. The food in burguer king is more expensive than mc donalds. Their service is the best and the place is the bigger I have seem. Mc donalds is one of the largest franchise in the world.

My favorite food is sweet and citrus!!

I like chicken , but i would like eat it someday at fridays restaurant people say it´s really good

The vegetables are very rich in iron and healthy.

i love salty, crunchy and crispy snacks i really like pringles.

I like very much chicken hamburger I eat French Fries for dinner.
The french fries are crunchy and crispy.

My memories of school

I studied at the School

"ET HNO Ildelfonso Gutierrez (Los Maristas)", since she was 3 years old through high school. For me it is the best school, Because I met my best friends, angie, Masxis, Nelly, Emanuel and Mirina.

Emanuel and I studied together since kindergarten, I met Mirina in the sixth grade, and Masxis since second grade.

Now Masxis and I studied together at University.

I lived precious moments with the best people in the world, (my friends). I graduated there in July 2009.

My name is Mariangel Suarez. But you can call me mari! I´m from maracaibo, i´m 20 years old and i study accounting at U.R.B.E. My favorite subjects are accounting and maths.

I like dancing and i sleep a lot and going to the cinema, my favorite movies are science fiction specially the harry potter series. I hate when people lie to me and waking up early.
